Chobani Pancakes

While visiting my family in New Jersey this weekend, my sister-in-law made these pancakes. There’s no sugar besides what’s in the yogurt, and since it is made with yogurt, there’s more protein than typical pancakes.

Writing it here so I don’t lose the recipe. My nieces devoured them before I had a chance to take a photo, but trust me, they’re delicious.

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1 1/2 cup chobani vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup skim milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over buttered griddle pan.

My friend and coworker is taking on a new role at Carrot. Really excited for her because even before this position existed, she took it upon herself to make everyone in the office feel so welcomed and appreciated all the time. Go Alexis Go!
